Benefits of Liposuction

For any man or woman, excess fat can be a source of worry, but especially for someone who leads a healthy lifestyle! Despite our greatest efforts at diet and exercise, pockets of fat can still persist on the body. Liposuction can assist in removing those stubborn regions.

The stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks, knees, arms, back, and calves are just a few of the body parts that we may remove fat from surgically and non-surgically at our office. Liposuction can also be used to eliminate fat from the neck or facial area!

Our outstanding outcomes speak for themselves. With the use of liposuction, our plastic surgeons may assist you in finding a thinner and more sculpted silhouette!

Whether you live in Tampa or are visiting from out of town, we are committed to your patient experience. Our staff will guarantee your complete comfort and safety from the moment you make contact with us until the very end.

Before your Tampa liposuction, a thorough consultation will be conducted to clarify the process, the length of the recuperation period, and the anticipated outcomes.
We will talk about your general way of life, finances, and medical background.
From there, we’ll develop a care strategy that serves you best.

Find out more about what to anticipate prior to, during, and following your liposuction.

Following liposuction in Indianapolis, our patients report that both while wearing clothes and without, their garments fit better and they feel more confident.
You’ll experience a smaller, more defined version of yourself.

How long after liposuction would it take for me to be able to swim or exercise?

Generally speaking, you should be allowed to swim three weeks following surgery, or as soon as your wounds are fully recovered.
You can start walking as soon as you are released, but you should wait around two weeks before commencing any cardio.
During your consultation and again at your post-op checkups, you will be informed of any additional specific restrictions.

Should I give up smoking before getting liposuction?

Smoking before or after surgery makes scars more noticeable and hinders the healing process.
Consequently, we demand that all patients stop using nicotine products (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, and all other products containing nicotine).
At least four weeks should pass before and four weeks should pass after liposuction.

Can I undergo another procedure in addition to liposuction?

Yes. We frequently combine liposuction with treatments like breast augmentation, tummy tucks, and/or labiaplasties.  Along with liposuction, cosmetic surgery is an option for you.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need more information about the procedures that will best address your issues.
Additionally, you can utilize our virtual consultation tool to get immediate feedback on the processes we suggest for your need.

Is hospitalization necessary before liposuction ?

Liposuction typically doesn’t call for an overnight stay.
This might be necessary, though, if we’re treating many regions or combining procedures.
During your consultation in Tampa Florida, we can talk about this.

Do you provide liposuction for the chin, jawline, neck, or face?

We do! Please contact us to learn more about liposuction in the facial region or to arrange a consultation.

Can I substitute a non-invasive technique for liposuction ?

We will talk about your overall cosmetic objectives during your appointment and help you decide if surgery is the best option for you. We can provide a range of non-invasive body sculpting procedures.

Your lifestyle, your financial situation, and the quantity of fat in your problem areas will determine whether or not you require surgery to fulfill your body contouring goals.
