Boo Krug, Practice Financial Manager
Boo Krug joined us in September 2007 and brings with her 20yrs
of experience in the healthcare field, many of them in physician
practice management. In her new role, Boo will be responsible
for all the financial aspects of the practice as well as meeting
with patients to review and discuss the scheduling of procedures.

Cathy Conley, RN, Practice Manager
 Cathy
joined our practice in December 2005, having worked closely with
Dr. Ruas for the past 15 years as the Regional Craniofacial Program
Supervisor. Known for her compassion and excellent patient education
skills, Cathy communicates with patients and families, answering
questions and easing any concerns they may have. Her outstanding
coordination skills and attention to detail ensure that each patient’s
individual needs are addressed. Cathy is a member of the American
Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, the Association of Perioperative
Registered Nurses, and the Association of Plastic Surgery Assistants.

Kathy Doyle
 Kathy
joined our office in 2005 as an administrative assistant. She
brought valuable experience gained while working in a busy internal
medicine office. As the photographer, this places her in a most
important position, and she has become a valuable member of our
team. A compassionate person, Kathy is able to ease the patient's
fears and anxieties. During the past several years, Kathy has
gained knowledge of the managed care industry, as well as billing
requirements and billing entry.

Amber Paxton
Amber joined the practice in May of 2007 as an Administrative
Assistant. Amber received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University
of West Florida in Criminal Justice specializing in Forensic Technology.
Amber is currently going back to school for surgical technology.
As a recent college graduate she brings her knowledge of anatomical
and surgical procedures to help patients understand and feel comfortable.
She plays an extensive role in the practice. She builds a strong
rapport between the practice and the patients. With all the duties
and responsibilities outside of the operating room, the doctors
trust and depend on Amber's initiative and assertive qualities
to maintain a healthy and happy practice.

 Stefanie
is a senior at the University of South Florida majoring in biology
and planning to go to medical school.
